Process of joining the HPBIA
The Hyde Park BIA is pursuing an expansion of the BIA boundaries to include more businesses in Northwest London.
The decision to expand can only be made by Commercial Business and Property Owners in this catchment area.
Step 1
Pursuit of Major Expansion Approved by BIA Board
Step 2
BIA communicates with businesses in proposed boundary expansion area to gauge interest
Step 3
The HPBIA requests from the Planning and Environment Committee to start the investigation process for expansion with city staff.
Step 4
Work with the City of London to hold business input sessions to gauge the level of interest in the BIA expansion.

Public Consultation Meetings
Step 6
Businesses in current and expanded areas vote on expansion.
Expected Fall 2025

Once voting is successful, London's City Council approves new bylaw for expansion.
