Nick Cake has dedicated his legal career to the practice of criminal law.  He spent the first part of his career working for the Crown Prosecutor’s Office.  There he gained valuable trial experience.  He left the Crown’s office in 2015 and has spent the last 5 years working exclusively in the area of criminal defence with a focus on impaired driving.  In 2020 he opened Cake Criminal Defence.  His knowledge of Crown policies and procedure makes him an asset and he uses it to his advantage ensuring that his clients get the best possible result.
